Healthcare Benefit Package Changes
- We have added two (2) new dental programs
to our line-up! They are the Dental Discount + Program and the Dental
Indemnity + Program! Each can be purchased per individual or per family.
Specific details will be posted shortly!
- We have added a "Phone a Doctor" benefit
to the S4000 and S5000 Programs! For a nominal fee, you can speak
directly with a physician from the comforts of your own home to determine
if an actual office visit is warranted or if our physician can assist you
over the phone - including submitting a prescription to your pharmacist!
(Specific requirements will need to be met in order for a prescription to
be written through our physicians network.)
- Our Patient Advocacy Benefit will now be
available with medical bills totaling just $1,000 instead of $5,500! For
this reason, we are removing the Hospital Repricing Benefit from our
plans. Our Patient Advocacy organization works to save you money!
- They average 45% in discounts from all
types of medical bills including hospitals!
- They work to get you an AFFORDABLE
Payment Plan for the balance of your medical bills!
- They will seek out Charitable
Organizations that may be able to assist you in paying PART or ALL of
your medical bills!
- We cannot guarantee specific discounts
or benefits to be realized as each case is unique. Our Patient Advocacy
organization is ready to work for you to try and get you as much
monetary relief as possible!
- Our current Dental Indemnity Benefit
offered on our S5000 plan has been increased from $500 per year per person
to $1,000 per year per person and the deductible has not changed from the
original $50! ALSO, the waiting period for all major dental work needed
has been changed FROM 24 months TO JUST 6 months!
- Our Member Enrollment Form will be
modified making it easier for potential clients to fill out and submit
the form on-line or print it out to fax or mail it directly to us.
