The Patient Advocacy benefit is a service designed to help the discount program members with their medical bills by providing a safety net when no other options are available.  

 

First US Healthcare's approach to patient advocacy is hands-on, high-touch. For members who find themselves unable to pay their medical bills before or after service by any reasonable means, our program comes along by the patient's side, advocating on their behalf with the provider to find an amicable solution for both parties.  

 

The Patient Advocacy program pursues a wide range of options, from government entitlement programs to negotiated settlements and payment plans.

 

Over the last seven years, this program has worked with thousands of individuals nationwide, saving them millions of dollars when financial resources were limited or when standard discounts were not enough.
