available to you as a Fitness First Healthcare member when traveling over 100 miles away from
home and suffering a serious injury, illness or travel related emergency.
All medical services are provided based on
medical necessity, which is determined by Lifeguard's Program Medical
Advisor in collaboration with the eligible member's attending physician.
