Whether it’s something as simple as a sprained ankle or something more serious like a work or sports related injury, you can relax knowing that Fitness First Healthcare’s Accident Medical benefit is there to help. As a member of CASA (Consumer Assistance Service Association) through the Fitness First Healthcare program, you and your family are eligible to participate in a 24-hour Accident Medical Reimbursement Expense Benefit. This benefit pays in excess of any existing insurance a member may have, and provides $1,000 - $7,500 per incident (less a $100 deductible) for covered expenses resulting from an accident injury. Whether at work or at play, members can use this benefit for expenses that include: Emergency ambulance service Hospital services Treatment by a Physician Surgery X- Rays Lab work Physical therapy Nursing care Prescription drugs Dental care  ... and more!   Example: You incur an injury which requires hospitalization, surgery, and rehab.  The total cost for all your charges are $8,000.  If you have the "Select 4000 or 5000" Plan, you will be reimbursed $7,500 minus a $100 deductible.  Your total out-of-pocket cost for all your medical care would be just $500.     Certain Fitness First Healthcare membership programs include some limited insurance coverages.
